Please Note PLaY Terms of use:
- Once gift voucher is converted to PLaY money card the value cannot be moved to another day and no refund option available
- In the case of a PLaY package card, a fresh card has to be purchased at the actual rates, to continue playing, irrespective of the number of games played.
- The packages are non - refundable and non - transferable once the voucher is converted to PLaY Card
- PLaY Activity cards(RFID) will be issued on a returnable basis. PLaY charges for the lost or damaged cards at Rs200/card.
- The operational time for activities at Play is between 10.30am and 10.00pm.
- The Amount/Package in a PLaY card is non retrievable if lost or damaged.
- If any activity is down due to technical reason or the inclement weather, you may choose to do other activities. No refund will be done.
- All activities are on a first come first serve basis. However, you can block slots for bowling, laser tag and paint ball, once you reach PLaY, based on availability. We book the slots for bowling and laser tag, in advance,(based on availability) for birthdays(age15 and below).
- ATV in the package includes 90cc &170cc only.
- Week end prices are applicable also on public Holidays
- Outside food and beverages not allowed at PLaY
- Customers are not permitted to participate in any activities after consuming alcohol.
