0900 – 0915 Hrs - Preliminaries & Context Setting. Forming into 3 or 4 sub-groups
0915 – 0930 Hrs - Introduction - Self introduction by participants
0930 – 1000 Hrs - Ice breaker activity and OBL methodology
1000 – 1145 Hrs - Activity No. 1. Human Web.
1145 – 1200 Hrs - Tea break
1200 – 1345 Hrs - Activity No.2. Dynamic Obstacle Course.
1345 – 1430 Hrs - Lunch
1430 - 1630 Hrs - Activity No. 3. “A” Frame.
