0900 – 0915 Hrs - Preliminaries & Context Setting. Forming into 3 or 4 sub-groups
0915 – 0930 Hrs - Introduction - Self introduction by participants
0930 – 1000 Hrs - Ice breaker activity and OBL methodology
1000 – 1145 Hrs - Activity No. 1. Human Web.
1145 – 1200 Hrs - Tea break
1200 – 1345 Hrs - Activity No.2. Dynamic Obstacle Course.
1345 – 1430 Hrs - Lunch
1430 - 1630 Hrs - Activity No. 3. “A” Frame.

A team of former defence officers with varied experience, ranging from leading troops in combat, strategising, technological, adminstrative, logistics to personnel management under tough conditions. They bring 29 years of cumulative experience in outbound learning with over 1300 programs to their credit, in addition to corporate experience in the case of certain members
